GUEST:  I’ll be 56 soon.

HOST:  You look great now.

GUEST:  Thank you much.

HOST:  For some, age is just a number but Bill Nelson says it could make or break his on camera career.

GUEST:  It has been about ten years and ten years has taken a little bit of toll on me.

HOST:  It is a toll he is now trying to take back.  How?  By forking over a few thousand dollars for a non-invasive cosmetic procedure called facial fat transfer.

DR. HARRIS:  You are primarily concerned with a little bit of this hollowing that are underneath the eyes.

GUEST:  The hollowness and the bags as well.

HOST:  He has come to Cultura in Chevy Chase for help from Dr. Monte Harris, one of the pioneers of this procedure.

DR. HARRIS:  Fat is your own body's natural substance and we can use fat now and restore form as softness to the face in areas where you have lost it.

HOST:  Areas like your cheeks, smile lines and around the eyes.  Here is how it works.  Dr. Harris removes a small amount of fat from your stomach or thighs.

DR. HARRIS:  No one really minds loosing a little from areas where it is excessive and placing it where you need it.

HOST:  Then he injects that fat into your face.  No incisions are needed, nothing foreign involved.

DR. HARRIS:  Fat has a true advantage in the fact that it is your natural substance.  It is very rare to have an allergic response to your own cells.

HOST:  And he says that it likely lasts about a year or two.  That is what Bill is hoping all in an attempt to turn back the clock and avoid at least some of the scrutiny of life in the public eye.

GUEST:  There is nothing wrong with looking youthful in this society of ours because it can be unforgiving.
