Procedure details: This patient presented with concerns regarding puffy, tired eyes and a short, upturned nose.She subsequently underwent a targeted approach to facial rejuvenation including lower lid blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. After lower lid blepharoplasty through a 'hidden incision approach, note the absence of her lower eyelid bags. The patient now demonstrates a more refreshed, energetic appearance.
